Union Minister G Kishan Reddy Condemns Sam Pitroda’s Statement, Calls for Apology

Hyderabad, India – Union Minister G Kishan Reddy has strongly condemned the recent statement made by Sam Pitroda, the former Chairman of the Indian Overseas Congress. In a press conference held earlier today, Reddy expressed his disapproval and called for an apology from Sonia Gandhi, the leader of the Indian National Congress.

Reddy said, “This is very wrong. In India, there are so many tribals and different languages…still, we are all one…we might have dark skin tones but we are all children of mother India. Insulting people of the South is totally wrong.”

The Union Minister’s comments come in response to Pitroda’s controversial statement, which has sparked a heated debate across the nation. The details of Pitroda’s statement have not been disclosed, but it has been perceived as an insult to the people of South India.

Reddy further emphasized the unity and diversity of India, highlighting the country’s rich cultural heritage and linguistic diversity. He reminded the public that despite the differences in language, culture, and skin tone, all Indians are children of the same motherland.

“Sonia Gandhi should apologise for this,” Reddy demanded, holding the leader of the Indian National Congress accountable for the remarks made by Pitroda.

The controversy has stirred up discussions about respect for diversity and unity in India. As the country grapples with these issues, the call for an apology from a senior political figure underscores the importance of respectful discourse in the nation’s politics.
