PM Modi Slams Congress, Showcases BJP’s Development Model in Yamuna Nagar Rally

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, addressing a public meeting in Yamuna Nagar on Sunday, drew a sharp contrast between the governance models of the BJP and the Congress, presenting the upcoming elections as a choice between development and dysfunction.

“India is witnessing two models of governance,” PM Modi said. “One is the BJP’s model of development, service, and good governance. The other is the Congress’ model of corruption, false promises, and anti-people policies.”

He accused Congress-led state governments of stalling progress, failing to control inflation, and betraying the trust of the people with unfulfilled promises. “Wherever Congress is in power, there is chaos. Projects are stalled, inflation is high, and people suffer,” he stated.

In contrast, the Prime Minister reaffirmed the BJP’s commitment to “seva, sushasan, and vikas” (service, good governance, and development), citing the central government’s success in delivering welfare schemes, infrastructure growth, and farmer-centric reforms.

PM Modi’s speech in Haryana was part of a broader campaign push ahead of the Lok Sabha elections, rallying support by focusing on the BJP’s performance and contrasting it with what he called the Congress’ legacy of misrule.
