At a public rally graced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar expressed his admiration for the Prime Minister’s work. He highlighted the awarding of the Bharat Ratna to Karpoori Thakur, a long-standing demand of the people of Bihar, as a significant achievement of the Prime Minister.
“We have been working together since 2005, and the pace with which the work has been done is immense,” said Kumar, referring to the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government. He contrasted this with the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), stating, “Today, they can only talk but when they got 15 years, they did nothing. People couldn’t even go outside their houses after evenings in their tenure.”
The Chief Minister’s words underscored the perceived effectiveness of the NDA government and its commitment to the development of Bihar. The rally, attended by a large crowd, served as a platform for the leaders to communicate their vision for the state and the country.
The event marked a significant moment in the political landscape of Bihar, with the leaders’ speeches potentially influencing public opinion and shaping future political discourse.
