Hyderabad, Telangana – BJP leader Prakash Reddy has criticized the Congress party for their statements against Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut. He termed the remarks as objectionable and stated that the nation is questioning the party for their wrong statements.
Reddy also highlighted the contrasting treatment of the Gandhi family by the Congress and the BJP. He pointed out that the Congress party had invited Varun Gandhi into their fold by promising an overwhelming majority. However, he reminded that the same party had ousted Sanjay Gandhi’s family from their residence when they were in power.
In contrast, Reddy stated that the BJP had invited the Gandhi family and given them a chance to continue in politics. He noted that Maneka Gandhi had become a minister under the BJP and assured that Varun Gandhi would also be given due respect.
Reddy’s comments come in the wake of the BJP’s decision to replace Varun Gandhi, taking into consideration the winning prospects. The BJP leader’s remarks have sparked a new round of political debate, adding another dimension to the ongoing tussle between the two major political parties in India.
