Hyderabad, Telangana – Malka Komaraiah, the newly sworn-in Member of the Legislative Council (MLC) from the BJP, expressed his gratitude towards the members who elected him and outlined his commitment to addressing the challenges faced by teachers in the state.
“I have taken oath as MLC. I thank all the members who elected me,” Komaraiah said during his statement after the oath ceremony. He went on to highlight the difficulties teachers are currently facing in Telangana, particularly with regard to their benefits and financial support.
“Teachers are facing a lot of problems, and I have to solve them. Whatever benefits teachers are getting are from the central government, and the state government is not cooperating and not giving the budget. We will fight for them,” Komaraiah stated, emphasizing the need for state cooperation to improve the conditions for educators.
Komaraiah’s comments bring attention to the ongoing concerns regarding teacher welfare and the allocation of resources. His statement suggests that the BJP intends to actively champion the cause of teachers and advocate for increased support from the state government.
As the newly appointed MLC, Komaraiah’s commitment to addressing these issues signals the BJP’s focus on education and its ongoing campaign to hold the state government accountable for the welfare of teachers in Telangana.
