Union Minister G Kishan Reddy has strongly criticized Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, calling his behavior “childish” and dismissing accusations that a Union Minister is blocking Telangana’s projects.
“The behavior of the Chief Minister of Telangana is very childish… He says that there is a minister in the cabinet who is stopping Telangana projects… It is completely wrong for the ministers to accuse me… It is baseless,” said Kishan Reddy, rejecting the claims made by the state government.
He further defended the Narendra Modi-led central government, stating that development efforts are unbiased and not influenced by political affiliations.
“Narendra Modi’s government always makes efforts to develop all the states, whether it is run by the Congress government or the DMK government… He is serving the country and never discriminates against any state,” he asserted.
The remarks come amidst ongoing tensions between the Telangana state government and the Centre, with accusations and counter-accusations over project approvals and financial support.
As political debates intensify, Kishan Reddy’s statement underscores the BJP’s stance that the Centre remains committed to Telangana’s development, despite opposition claims to the contrary.
